I texted Kat, saying it's been nearly a week since the ten-day period expired, and I've not received my refund. She texted back, swearing that her boyfriend has put the check in the mail. She also told me that she's in the hospital and asked me to show some sympathy for her. Of course, there is no check in the mail, and she is just buying time, hoping we'll all forget about this and drop it. I agree with Ana -- I'm in favor of moving forward with legal action at this point. How does everyone feel about meeting one evening this week?
