think it matters where the event took place - not where you live... You
could call both places, for information. From what I understand, it's
very easy on your part to file
the claim, then the DA's office does the work. Right now, we know
where she is living (in San Diego).... She is known to move around a lot
though, so this might be the best time to file this.
