Yesterday in court, strength definitely came in numbers.  Everyone that appeared won a judgment and the case against Kat was charged as fraud. As a fraud case, if Kat decides to file for bankruptcy our cases cannot be included

Therefore, she will still be responsible for the payment.  We have to wait 30 days and file for a debtors test assessment through the Small Claims Court .  This will assist with the assignment of her repayment schedule. ow, here is the kicker.  Kat did not appear, but Nathan and his mother did.  It turned out that Kat was not pregnant and that this was the only reason Nathan was staying with her.  It also turns out that she scammed even Nathan.  So Nathan and his mom are both out money, have jumped to our side to help.  Nathan is going to find out Kat’s newest address…she keeps trying to get him back.  He is also going to provide Kat’s parents names and address.  This way we can serve her through her parent’s address, since she is still in contact with them. Directly after the hearing, Kat called Nathan.  All the attending parties heard Nathan tell Kat, “You’re screwed, and they all won.  The best thing you can do is meet with these people and try to repay the dept.  The next stop is jail.”
