We wish to inform you that Shei AllyndL (2017) is not who you think she is. Her real name is Kathleen Legaspi and she has a long documented history of committing fraud, writing bad checks, and ripping people off. She is extremely outgoing, friendly, and immensely convincing in her delivery, but you must know she cannot be trusted under any circumstances. She plays possum at first to gain your trust but then once she has it, she will rope you in, take your money, and then disappear.

Kathleen (Sophia) asks for "loan" from a hard-working, lower income woman
Somewhere along the line, Kathleen asked her for a "loan" of $2000 which she said she'd "pay back with interest" and could "get her lawyers to draw up some papers to make the loan legal....blah blah blah..."
Fortunately, this woman did not take the bait, but the story nevertheless exemplifies the lengths Kathleen ("Sophia Dash") will go to in order to separate hard-working people from their money. Given her history of setting up a fake charity page, taking $2000 from a lower-income earner is not beyond her reach.

How do I find this woman's parole officer? Someone has been using stolen credit card information to have product shipping to an address in San Diego that we have tied to this woman.
ReplyDeleteHi Pearl Professor, sorry to hear you've been a victim of credit card fraud. While we have no love affair with Kathleen or the crimes she's perpetrated upon her victims, you must be able to provide evidence to authorities that, in fact, she is the offender. Clearly though, given her criminal past, such a crime is well within her scope.
ReplyDeleteAs for her parole officer, we do not know for sure if she has a parole or probation officer (I think there's a difference), but this person is likely in Los Angeles. We don't know if she was convicted in San Diego County so there may or may not be a record on her in SD. I called the probation or parole office (I forget which) about a month or two ago and they had no open cases under her name.

You may be better off not bothering with finding an old officer for a previous case and perhaps contact the local district attorney's office. Show them this blog as well, provided you have corroborating evidence that conclusively links her to this credit card crime.
